SHIPPING & HANDLING PROCESSING FEE - Orders are shipped by UPS usually within 24 hours of receipt of order, excluding weekends and holidays. UPS ground typically takes 4 ~ 6 working days to arrive, holidays & weekends excluded. Expedited shipping is also available through UPS for next day air , 2nd day air and three day select. Additional handling processing fee is $4.50 on all orders. Shipping costs vary depending on weight of order.
PAYMENT - OnLine order payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover. Telephone or mail order sales may be made by credit card or prepaid with check or money order. Orders requesting C.O.D. delivery must have a prior active account with us and an approval from our credit department. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted for internet sales. There is a $22 NSF fee for any returned/bad check.
RETURNS - Jukado International, LLC. will not accept returns without prior authorization. Please call us at 909-591-9344. All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). This applies to defective merchandise, exchanging sizes, exchanging models etc. New merchandise never washed, worn or soiled may be returned for refund (exclude shipping fee), exchange or in house credit within 21 days of purchase. If more than 21 days but less than 60 days, there is a 10% restocking fee, 20% for 61 - 90 days. After 90 days no returns will be accepted. Please note that customer is responsible for all returns, exchanged or defective replacement in-bound and out-bound shipping charges to and from Jukado International, LLC.
UNIFORM CARE - The manufacturer's recommended method for washing a uniform is cold or warm water & line dry. Using bleach is not recommended and will void the warranty. Detergents with bleach additive such as Tide or Cheer do a good job of whitening and cleaning without the risks of bleach. For heavy weight JUKA uniforms (14 oz. and 12 oz.), please be advised that there is a potential normal shrinkage of up to 1.5" in length shortage after wash/dryer due to 100% cotton material.
WARRANTY - Merchandise is covered for a period of 60 days from receipt against defect in material or workmanship. Please call our customer service 909-591-9344 before returning merchandise. Past 60 days the full warranty is void. Using bleach will void warranty. Upon request, if the ties or the drawstring become frayed or broken, we may replace them as a courtesy service at our discretion.
ORDER TRACKING - The approximate time it takes to receive your order depends on which state the shipment is being delivered to. To track your UPS order you may use your Customer ID number or call us for your tracking number. Track Order
WHOLESALE - If you are a reseller or distributor and do not have a wholesale account -- but you wish to take advantage of wholesale prices -- you may sign up for an account. If you currently have a wholesale account, please use the Wholesale Order Form or call 1-800-535-7573 to receive wholesale pricing. The minimum wholesale order is $100.00, not including shipping and handling. All wholesale orders less than $100.00 will be processed at retail prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. When ordering only belts at wholesale, there is a 15 belts minimum.
